Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and SweetDraw ("SweetDraw", "we", "us") governing your use of the SweetDraw website and mobile apps (the "Service"). By creating an account, ticking the "I have read and agree" boxes at sign-up, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
  • You must be a resident of a country where SweetDraw operates and where sweepstakes / prize draws are lawful.
  • You must not be on any sanctions list, and you must comply with all export and trade-control laws.
  • Employees of SweetDraw and their immediate family are not eligible to win prizes.

We may verify your identity, age and address before delivering any prize.

3. No purchase necessary — free alternative entry

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. You may obtain a free entry by playing the Fairy Challengeskill-based mini-games (for example, Memory Flip, Odd Candy Out, Sweet Sequence, Starfall Sprint, Bombberry Escape and Potion Balance Trial). Each completed win earns win credits; 10 win credits convert into 1 SweetDraw point, and points can be exchanged for a free ticket. You may also watch rewarded video advertisements to claim a win credit, unlock an additional attempt, or earn points directly. Free entries have the same odds of winning as paid entries. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How sweepstakes work

  • Each lottery / draw lists the prize, ticket price (where applicable), draw date, and minimum number of participants.
  • If the minimum number of participants is not reached by the draw date, the draw date is extended in weekly increments until the minimum is met.
  • Winners are selected by a verifiable random function from all valid entries.
  • We will notify winners by email and/or in-app within a reasonable time.
  • If a winner cannot be reached or fails to claim within 30 days, the prize may be forfeited and re-drawn.

5. Points, mini-games, ads and rewards

Points are an in-app reward with no cash value and are not redeemable for cash or for goods outside the Service. Points expire if your account is closed. The only rewards available through SweetDraw are the physical or digital lottery prizes listed in each draw — there are no monetary rewards. You earn points by winning Fairy Challenge mini-games and by watching rewarded video ads. The current conversion rates are 10 completed rewarded video ads = 1 point and 10 Fairy Challenge win credits = 1 point. These rates may be updated from time to time with notice. Fraudulent ad views, automated gameplay, use of emulators, bots, or any attempt to game the rewards system will result in suspension and forfeiture.

6. No paid entries

SweetDraw does not sell lottery tickets. All entries are free and obtained through the Fairy Challenge mini-games, rewarded video ads, and the points system described above. Because no money is collected from players, there are no payments, charges, or refunds associated with entering a draw.

7. Account and conduct

You agree not to:

  • Create more than one account or use false identity information;
  • Interfere with, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Service;
  • Use bots, scripts, emulators, or automated means to interact with ads, games or draws;
  • Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, fraud, or where required by law.

Account deletion: You may close your account at any time by going to Profile → ⋮ → Delete profile. When you delete your account, all of your personal data — including your profile information, entries, tickets, and transaction history — will be permanently erased from our systems and nothing will be retained. You will also lose any points you have earned or accumulated. This action is irreversible.

8. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software in the Service are owned by SweetDraw or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law, including statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, or equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SweetDraw's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) EUR 100. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages. Nothing limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SweetDraw and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SweetDraw is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer law applies, you keep the protection of that mandatory law and may bring proceedings in your local courts.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
